Please measure your staircase and room space to ensure your custom-made bed, including its headboard, will fit. Headboard sizes vary by bed model. If you need a smaller headboard, contact us before ordering to discuss customization options. Note: We cannot accept returns if the bed does not fit due to size constraints.

Delivery Information

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
• Provide a valid contact number when placing your order for smooth delivery coordination. Incorrect or invalid contact details may cause delays.
• We do not deliver following postcodes: IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV41-49, IV51-56, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, KW15-17, PA20, PA21-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-41, PH42-44, PH49-50, BT, HS, TR, ZE, IM, Channel Islands, and Jersey.

Return Policy

• We offer returns within 30 days of delivery to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim with our carriers. We will replace damaged items or parts at no additional cost.
