How to Start a Return

Arrange Pickup: We will arrange for the bed to be picked up on the next working day.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Delays: In rare cases, technical delays may occur. We will keep you updated if this happens.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order before the bed is completed and delivered (custom-made beds are excluded).

To cancel, send us a WhatsApp message or email with your reason for canceling.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

It may take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies. If there's a delay, please contact your bank directly.
