• Standard delivery time: 5 to 7 working days.

• Free delivery on all orders.

• Delivery to ground floor (higher floors if possible).

• Weekday deliveries only (Mon–Fri).

• Pickup option available on request.

• We’ll call you if you're unavailable at the time of delivery.

Returns

• Return within 14 days of receiving your bed.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.

• If we’re at fault, return is free + full refund/exchange.

• If customer made a mistake, return shipping is your responsibility.

• Refunds processed within 1–2 business days after item is returned.

• Damaged/defective items? Contact us immediately.
