Please measure your staircase and room space to ensure your custom-made bed, including its headboard, will fit. Headboard sizes vary by bed model. If you need a smaller headboard, contact us before ordering to discuss customization options. Note: We cannot accept returns if the bed does not fit due to size constraints.

- Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
- Provide a valid contact number when placing your order for smooth delivery coordination. Incorrect or invalid contact details may cause delays.

Return Policy
- We offer returns within 30 days of delivery to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim with our carriers. We will replace damaged items or parts at no additional cost.

Our beds are delivered flat-packed for easy transportation. Assembly is straightforward, and we include full instructions. Assembly services may also be available at checkout for an additional cost.

We aim to deliver within 5-8 working days across the UK. You’ll receive tracking updates once your bed is dispatched by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (for buy now, pay later options), and bank transfers.
Can I cancel my order?
